I would like to start scanning all of my older photos into the computer. I want digital copies of them because I feel like it is about time that I get this going. I have been thinking about starting a digital scrapbook so that my family can all see what they have been missing out on. I also want to preserve the memories, and if I can find photo scanning services to get this done for me, then I will have what I want quickly. Who knows what is going to happen to these pictures that I have hung on to for so many years? I feel like a water spill might take them all away. I might lose them one day, so having a digital copy and maybe a backup CD will allow me to keep them by my side forever. I think that the scanning service is just worth it to me.
